Even if you cannot fully control component obsolescence, there is much you can do to improve the efficiency and security of your supply chain.

Verify the functionality and reliability of components with our advanced testing capabilities. If you decide to source from alternate manufacturers or buy recreated products, we will provide you with advice based on our extensive industry knowledge in addition to our testing services.

Our automated test equipment (ATE) provides full AC and DC parametric measurements, including complex devices such as FPGA and CPLD. The highest level of testing and assurance available.

Stocks available in commercial temperature or lower speed grades may be capable of higher levels. Our advanced electrical testing capabilities combined with our thermal control unit (TCU) allows us to test speed and outputs at minimum and maximum operating conditions in accordance with MIL-STD-202.

Burn-in testing to MIL-STD-883, Method 1015.3 standard to simulate aging and long-term performance and reliability.
