Germany is one of the most innovative production and research locations for microelectronics worldwide and leads the European production and sales market for the electronics industry.
Due to the density of world-leading manufacturers and suppliers for electrical and electronic materials, components and devices along the value chain, we have chosen Munich as White Horse Laboratories’ first European location.
White Horse Laboratories GmbH takes over for Europe the extraordinary service that our customers from other parts of the world are used to. We will also be opening our own testing laboratory at this location shortly. We will keep you up to date on the latest developments on this website.

As we establish our test lab on German soil, our European team will also grow in the near future.
Physicist Jack Kilby is considered the forefather of the microchip. He invented the integrated circuit in 1958, for which he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2000. His breakthrough marked the beginning of the race to miniaturize electronics. We accompany this ongoing race in our Cleveland test centre with the corresponding adaptation of test procedures and quality standards.
At the Jack Kilby Testing Centre, we offer the full range of AS6081 required test methods as well as advanced electrical testing, lifecycle & reliability testing and failure analysis.
Our current offering includes documentation and packaging inspection, detailed visual inspection,
x-ray fluorescence (XRF) and x-ray analysis, heated solvent testing, decapsulation and die analysis,
solderability testing, cross-section, and electrical testing including temperature range.
