Training Coordinator

based in Shenzhen, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangalore, Cleveland or Munich.

As a global Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to employees worldwide, with a focus on aligning training needs with business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training policies and procedures, as well as assessing the effectiveness of training programs.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the global Training & Development strategy for the company
  • Analyze the requirements of different segments, market regions, target groups, and competitive landscapes to design relevant training & development measures
  • Define competencies for key functions and execute needs analysis in close cooperation with divisional managers/general management
  • Develop and implement global training & development concepts, including face-to-face training and digital learning
  • Support and enable market regions in the implementation of global training & development concepts
  • Develop and use key performance indicators for management and continuous optimization

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business education or comparable qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of sales training measures
  • Business fluent in Chinese and English (Mandarin obligatory)
  • Creative approaches and didactic skills to convey learning content, including excellent writing and editing skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive international experience and strong intercultural skills
  • Confident appearance and strong communication skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring is an advantage
  • Strong willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work schedules to train the international team
