For our growing local team, we are looking for an

Operations Team Leader

based in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of orders and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. You will also be responsible for training lab technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining ESD compliance. If you have a background in engineering and experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or testing, we would love to hear from you.

Your primary responsibilities:

Train lab technicians on company standards, procedures, and processes
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all work orders
Maintain safe, organized, and efficient work areas
Monitor team members’ adherence to company policies
Maintain complete ESD compliance at all times
Perform additional tasks as required
Conduct and follow up on department meetings
Implement and maintain 7S practices
Evaluate team members’ performance
Handle routine exceptions and escalate as necessary
Oversee and support improvement projects for the team

Your skills and qualifications:

Degree in engineering preferred
1+ years of experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or testing
Familiarity with JEDEC, ESD, ISO, and other international standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
