For our growing team, we are looking for a

Customer Service Specialist

based in Singapore.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer care to our clients and working closely with account managers to handle day-to-day customer needs. If you have experience in customer service, a detail-oriented mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Collaborate with account managers and the operations team to ensure client needs are met
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Track and communicate order status, providing regular updates to customers
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the team
  • Assist with account management and act as a backup when necessary
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to better assist customers

Your skills and qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues with empathy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills, including experience using MRP/ERP systems, is a plus
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
