For our sales team Asia, we are looking for a

Customer Service Representative

based in Singapore.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints regarding the company’s products or services. They provide timely and accurate information to customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, and work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Communicate between customers and operations to make sure the needs of the clients are met
  • Enter customer shipping details into the system
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to effectively communicate with customers
  • Communicate tracking information to customers
  • Complete and send customer invoices if needed
  • Manage a large scale of customers
  • Assist as the account manager backup when necessary
  • Send timely updates to customers regarding their order status on a daily basis
  • Manage expedites, exceptions, and escalations as needed

Your skills and qualifications:

  • +1 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in using MRP/ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Familiarity with the electronics industry is preferred
