ESD controls at the manufacturing level are critical. The single largest killer of electronics is poor ESD controls. The ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007 defines effective ESD control programs, but it is shocking how many companies that directly handle ESD sensitive devices and assemblies are not ESD certified.
- Our facilities are certified.
- Our Engineeers are certified.
- We have the required test equipment.
We take our test and measurement equipment on-site to measure surface resistance levels at work stations, storage locations, protective equipment itself, ground boxes and wires, and the dissipative flooring to make sure the facility is effectively controlling ESD levels. Poor ESD controls result in damaged electronic components and assemblies.
